About Me

I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I am married to Jim, the funniest man I know. Every day he puts laughter into my life and I love him dearly.

I am mother to five wonderful adult children. I am not sure when the transformation happened but they have all become my friends and I love spending time with them. The memories of time spent around my kitchen table always makes me smile.

I am the Grama (my granddaughter Brittany taught me how to spell Grama) to six grandchildren. What can I say? The love that I feel for my grandchildren is beyond words. Each one of them has touched my heart in their own way.

I am retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years. I always knew that retirement would be good but I never realized that it would be this good. As my husband says retirement is six Saturdays and a Sunday? Yep that about sums it up.
